Quadral Montan MKV Mod

hello guys.
I am sorry, but i cannot speak german i only understand it quite well.
Anyway i am busy on with a very unusual project.
I am about to modify my Quadral Montan MKV.
I really love the sound of the midrange of te quadral Vulkan MKV.
Now i know the Vulkan MKV is a bit too big for my 25m2 room in my oppinion.
Now my idea was to modify my Montan MKV like this in the following pictures.
I have been informing about it alot about te poible costs of this project.
Now why do i want to modify the Montan MKV and not buy a Vulkan MKV?
I love the bass and highs of the Montan MKV and i love the mid from the Vulkan.
I know with this 8 inch woofer from the Montan the transition to the xx-500 midrange unit will be less noticable because the woofer is faster and be able to play higher frequencies.
Anyway down to the point either way i need to place a complete new baffle, but i dont know if i will damage the woodwork of the enclosure.
Now my other idea was to rebuild the enclosure, but quadral does not want to give me any info about the design of the enclosure.
Now does anyone know alot about the Montan MKV and its design or did anyone seen/done a simular modification at the Montan MKV?
Let me know.
Thank you!
